Explore Yoga at RUMA

Yoga at RUMA is not one single type of practice. Different classes are designed for different experiences and goals.

Some are fluid and energizing. Some focus more heavily on strength and conditioning. Others prioritize mobility, alignment, breath, stillness, or restoration.

Each has its own purpose: Power, Vinyasa, and Sculpt lean more toward conditioning; Yin and Deep Stretch toward mobility and longer-held stretches; Iyengar-inspired practice toward alignment and controlled positioning; and restorative yoga toward supported relaxation.
