RUMA welcomes requests for private gatherings, corporate wellness, brand collaborations and group experiences around Charlotte. The practices come from what RUMA teaches every week: yoga flows, mat Pilates, Candlelight Flow, Sound Bath + Yoga Nidra, breathwork, and social formats like Pilates + Matcha.
A team might want a calmer afternoon, a bridal party a gentle start to the weekend, a group of friends a birthday that feels good the next day too. Because RUMA already works as a pop-up, bringing a class to a new space is how we work.
